  • Do you ship to my country?

    Yes, we ship worldwide! If you can receive mail, we can ship to you.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping costs vary greatly, depending on what you order and where it is shipped to. The best way to get an exact shipping quote is to go ahead and put things in your shopping cart and begin the check-out process. This will show you the various shipping options and exact costs for your destination. You are not obligated to complete the transaction, so don't worry: you are not being charged until the absolute last step of check-out. All of our orders are shipped with Canada Post, and costs are determined by them, depending on the weight and size of your order and how far it has to travel.

  • Can you reserve a product for me?

    Of course we can. If we have it in stock, we can hold it for you for up to 2 weeks. If a product is out of stock, you can reserve it and we will let you know as soon as it arrives. Just send an email to with the details and your contact information. Please specify which of the stores you would like to pick it up at, or if you would like us to ship it to you.

  • Can you order a product for me if you don't already carry it?

    Sometimes, it depends. If we already carry other products from a certain company, we can probably get another product, depending or their minimum quantities and our interest in carrying that particular product. Send us an email to with the details and your contact information and we will get back to you.

  • Do you gift wrap?

    Absolutely! We offer in-store complimentary wrapping.
    For our on-line customers, please specify Gift-Wrapping in the comment section at check-out, as well as any message you would like written on a small gift tag. We will take care of everything for you at no cost.

    It is also possible to bring in items purchased at other stores to both of our locations and will gladly wrap them in our stylish wrapping papers for a nominal fee (fees vary depending on the size of the items)

  • What is your return policy?

    IN-STORE Return Policy:

    Please note that Mortimer Snodgrass does NOT offer refunds. Items bought at the store can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase. Please bring your receipt when attempting to return an item. Credit notes do not expire.
    We reserve the right to refuse an exchange without the original bill or if the item has been damaged.
    Discounted items cannot be returned OR exchanged.

    The Mortimer Snodgrass ON-LINE Return Policy

    Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your items to Mortimer Snodgrass for a store credit or refund. All items must be returned within 14 days of your order date for a refund.

    General Return Guidelines:

    On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), write the reason(s) for return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship, prepaid and fully insured, to:

    Mortimer Snodgrass is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. All of our shipping options come with a tracking number for insurance purposes.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in new condition or apply a damaged fee of up to 100%. If you are making a return, you must pack the items securely in their original product packaging to help eliminate damage during shipping. Please return the items to Mortimer Snodgrass in the same condition they were sent to you.

    Shipping charges, free shipping promotions and other coupon offers/discounts will be deducted from return.

    We will notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

    Defective, Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items:

    You must contact us within 14 days of the purchase date. We will give you instructions on how to prepare the package. If the item proves to be defective, we will issue a replacement or refund the price of the item plus your original shipping costs.
